This qualification gives learners the knowledge and skills to work with individual and groups of client’s in a personal training setting. Successful achievement of the qualification will allow the learner to gain employment within an organisational setting including gyms and cruise liners or alternatively in a self-employed environment. It also provides access onto The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs and eREPs) at level 3.
This course is available both lecture based or online and includes both level 2 fitness instructing and level 3 personal training.
If you already obtain an accredited level 2 certificate in fitness instructing you can upgrade your certification by opting for the bridge course which costs €1500.
A Certificate by Active IQ and Biocare Academy will be awarded to each student.
