Manicure lesson includes:

Theory including anatomy and physiology of the arm and hand

Brushing up of all the body systems, such as: the nervous system, cardiovascular system etc.

All manicure techniques which include: shaping, cuticle work, exfoliation, mask, massage, paraffin wax, buffing and nail polish application

Pedicure lesson includes:
